Injection moulding
Professional OEMs need reliable partners who are willing to collaborate closely and extensively in the manufacture of their products.
De Beer Plastics is a reliable manufacturing partner for serious manufacturers. With a fleet of over 100 injection moulding machines, we are one of the major players in the industry.
We utilise this extensive capacity to serve clients for whom, as a contract manufacturer, we produce plastic products on a large scale and over the long term.
Such a partnership can only work if there is complete trust and transparency. With transparent pricing and clear agreements, at De Beer Plastics you know exactly where you stand.
With over 100 machines across three sites, De Beer Plastics has substantial capacity. This means we can always make room for starting up and scaling up production.
If you are looking for a manufacturing partner with experience and capacity, one that is willing and able to grow alongside your ambitions, then De Beer Plastics is the right choice. Should there ever be insufficient capacity available, we will simply expand our machinery. So our capacity will never be your problem. It is this approach that has enabled De Beer Plastics to grow to its current size.
As a full-service injection moulding company, we can handle your entire project. Depending on the customer’s requirements, we take charge of the engineering and provide the moulds and other production resources. Following injection moulding, we offer additional services such as finishing, assembly and packaging.
This eliminates unnecessary steps in the supply chain and reduces the number of handovers between parties, thereby minimising the risk of errors and improving efficiency. The result is an integrated, reliable supply chain.
Complex assembly or packaging operations are carried out either in-line or off-line, depending on batch sizes and what is most efficient. We use machines where possible, and manual labour where necessary.
We have a long-standing and very close partnership with a whole network of sheltered workshops in Germany and the Netherlands. This enables us to carry out tasks that require manual labour efficiently and on a large scale.
We are right at home in the complex environments of international corporate clients and large SMEs. We understand the challenges and structures involved and can draw on a wealth of experience and expertise to address them.
At the same time, our entrepreneurial spirit ensures we remain flexible and do not allow projects to be held up by our clients’ sometimes complex processes.
A combination of an understanding of these corporate processes and a healthy dose of independence is the formula for success that many of our partners benefit from.
