We manufacture products for Europe’s leading brands, ranging from household goods to high-end designer items. With a long history in the highly demanding German toy industry, we are well versed in the requirements for safe consumer goods.
Scaling up at full speed
For the European market leader in high-quality food storage solutions, we have set up a complete production line featuring six injection moulding machines that operate in sync at high speed to produce bowls and lids. Every day, several full lorries loaded with these products leave our factory. This project is a wonderful example of the kind of challenge we also love to take on: rapid upscaling and setting up innovative production lines.
The challenge often lies in the technical aspects. But in this case, it involved setting up a complete supply chain – from raw materials and moulds to automated assembly, multiple injection moulding machines and a complex logistics network – all under enormous time pressure. Challenging and sometimes risky, but that is precisely where De Beer Plastics excels.

Soft plastics can give consumer products a premium look. However, achieving the right level of gloss or matt finish – and thereby making the difference between a cheap or luxurious appearance – is a major challenge. During the design-for-manufacturing (DFM) phase, our engineers work closely with the client to turn their design into reality.
