Mould management encompasses everything from the development of moulds through to their maintenance throughout their entire service life. Whether the moulds are manufactured in-house or purchased from external suppliers, we guarantee the quality and continuous reliability of these tools.
De Beer Plastics has fully equipped tool shops at every production site, enabling us to carry out maintenance and any necessary repairs quickly and professionally throughout the entire service life of the moulds. This keeps downtime to a minimum and ensures quality right through to the end.
Always capable of handling large projects
Every year, we develop several hundred moulds for our customers, ranging from single-unit projects to those involving as many as 20 moulds or more. With extensive capacity in development and project management, and a strong network of partners, De Beer Plastics is also able to deliver large-scale projects within challenging lead times.
In projects involving multiple moulds, coordination is crucial. All parts must fit together, and when changes are made to one component, the implications for other parts must be taken into account. That is why De Beer Plastics employs experienced project managers with a strong technical background, who are able to understand and oversee all the technical aspects of your project.
Global procurement
In order to offer competitive projects and to have access to large-scale production capacity, we also work with carefully selected partners in China. This broadens our options and ensures we can always offer our customers exactly what they are looking for: local production under the supervision of our own company, or sourcing from reliable Asian mould makers.

Maintenance & Repairs
Wherever manufacturing takes place, things are bound to break from time to time. And that is, of course, particularly frustrating when parts are needed urgently. That is why De Beer Plastics always has all-round specialists on hand, who have access to fully-fledged mould-making departments. We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern digital tools to repair your mould quickly.
Prevention is better than repair. Proper and regular maintenance of moulds extends their service life and ensures greater tool availability. Moulds are inspected and cleaned after every production run. To this end, we have ultrasonic cleaning systems at our disposal, which thoroughly clean the moulds inside and out.
Secure storage
Fire is the biggest nightmare for injection moulding companies. Moulds are unique production assets that cannot be easily replaced if they are lost in a fire.
Of course, moulds are insured, but insurance does not prevent production downtime lasting several months. That is why we store your valuable moulds in special fireproof bunkers. Your capital is in safe hands at De Beer Plastics.
