A trusted full-service production partner
Your product is more than just injection-moulded parts. It will likely need to be assembled, packaged and perhaps even printed on or painted. De Beer Plastics brings together in-house expertise and an external network of trusted partners to provide our customers with comprehensive solutions.
Our range of services also includes packaging design, the procurement of packaging and other supplies, and various logistical steps. The more processes you entrust to a single provider, the greater the efficiency and the lower the risk of errors in handover procedures.
Assembly techniques
From simply snapping two plastic parts together to the multi-stage assembly of complete sub-assemblies for the automotive industry, De Beer Plastics is an experienced and flexible partner in assembly, for both small and large production runs.
We offer a range of joining methods, such as mirror welding or ultrasonic welding, which can also include leak testing. We also have a wide range of other assembly techniques in-house, including the automated assembly of O-rings for water-carrying products or micro-filters in ear tips for hearing protection.
Packaging
De Beer Products in Veenendaal, a sister company of De Beer Plastics, specialises in packaging and private label concepts for the retail sector, amongst others. Every year, the company processes many millions of packaging units, both for its own products and for industrial clients.
This means we have all the expertise required for efficient packaging in-house, from design and procurement to modern packaging technologies. We operate partly through our own in-house packaging departments, but also collaborate closely with a network of over 20 sheltered workshops in the Netherlands and Germany. This provides flexibility and scalability for both small and large production runs.
Printing
There are many techniques for finishing plastic products, and De Beer Plastics offers a range of these in-house. For example, we offer screen printing, pad printing, inkjet printing and laser printing. We can find an attractive, durable solution for every application.
We print high-quality design products for various clients in our Consumer & Lifestyle segment. This printing enhances the perception of quality and brand experience associated with our clients’ products, and demonstrates De Beer Plastics’ capabilities as a supplier.
Supply chain solutions
Logistics is often the final step in the production of new plastic products. However, if insufficient attention is paid to this, it can easily become a major cost factor. That is why De Beer Plastics aims to understand the customer’s entire supply chain and align its logistics processes accordingly.
Return systems for KLTs or special pallets, just-in-time deliveries or global shipping. De Beer Plastics has extensive experience in this field and works closely with its customers to find the best solutions.
