What we can offer
Our machinery ranges from 15 to 650 tonnes of clamping force, enabling us to manufacture products weighing from less than a gram up to approximately 4 kilograms.
In addition to conventional injection moulding, De Beer Plastics also has vertical injection moulding machines, which make it possible, for example, to place metal parts in the mould and overmould them with plastic.
Ook beschikt De Beer Plastics over meerdere 2K spuitgietmachines, waarmee twee verschillende materialen in één productieproces gecombineerd kunnen worden. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn hard/zacht verbindingen, waarbij een zacht materiaal verbonden wordt met een harde kunststof.

De Beer Plastics designs and builds complete moulds at its three sites, meaning it possesses all the expertise required for the entire process in-house. Engineering and mould-making are the key pillars that enable us to live up to our slogan, ‘Moulding Challenges into Reality’.
For large-scale projects involving numerous moulds, we can provide sufficient capacity both in-house and externally. Whether it’s a single complex mould or a large production run involving dozens of moulds, we take care of the entire project management process.
