Packaging & Packaging Materials

De Beer Plastics takes care of all your product packaging needs. One efficient process.

Ready to sell: a single partner from production to the finished product

The extensive integration of post-injection moulding processes, such as the assembly and packaging of your product, offers many advantages: fewer parties to coordinate between, less work-in-progress on your balance sheet and a lower risk of quality issues. You only need to monitor a single supplier.

At De Beer Plastics, the process doesn’t stop at injection moulding. We deliver your products ready for sale, complete with labels, barcodes, instructions for use or attractive packaging.

Development and procurement of packaging

De Beer Plastics has extensive experience within the group in packaging operations and produces over 10 million products annually, which are delivered directly to customers in consumer packaging. You benefit directly from our purchasing power and years of experience.

With our project managers at the helm and a strong network of suppliers behind us, we work closely with you from the very first idea right through to the final design. In doing so, we pay close attention to the efficiency of the packaging process, as well as the functionality and sustainability of the packaging itself.

In-house packaging capacity

In our modern factories, we use both (semi-)automated packaging lines and specially equipped manual workstations. Whether you’re dealing with small batches, where automation isn’t cost-effective, or large-scale production runs, De Beer Plastics offers the right solution for your project.

Thanks to our certified processes, we guarantee maximum flexibility and consistently high quality that perfectly matches the specifications of your injection-moulded products. We package even the most delicate components or large volumes safely, efficiently and on time.

Collaboration with sheltered workshops

Where large-scale production or specific manual tasks are required, we work closely with selected sheltered workshops. We have a network of over 20 sites in the Netherlands and Germany, each offering different skills and capabilities.

This provides people who are distanced from the labour market with a valuable and meaningful role, whilst we retain full control, training, planning and final inspection. In this way, De Beer Plastics combines quality with a positive social impact.
