De Beer Plastics manufactures components and sub-assemblies for both technical applications and vehicle interiors and exteriors. These components range from high-precision sliding bearings made from engineering plastics to complex assemblies involving integrated assembly and quality control.
We manufacture both type-independent components in batch sizes of over 1,000,000 units and parts for special model series in medium-sized batches.
Our processes are certified to IATF 16949.

De Beer Plastics is a leader in specialist expertise in the field of innovative engineering plastics for the automotive industry. One of De Beer Plastics’ specialities is the processing of thermoplastic elastomers. We process over 300 different soft materials, and TPE is in our DNA.
In the automotive industry, we process high-quality TPE for seals used in applications such as camera systems or moving body parts. We also use it for interior components such as centre console mats and cup holders.
De Beer Plastics also processes thermoplastic elastomers on high-tech 2K machines, which enable the production of hard-soft combinations.
At De Beer Plastics, we combine high-quality production methods that go beyond simple injection moulding to deliver complete, turnkey projects. This starts with R&D and mould-making, but also includes automation and assembly, ranging from smart tools to full assembly lines.
Various methods, such as mirror welding and ultrasonic welding, are used to join plastic parts together. Inserting brass inserts or the fully automated overmoulding of aluminium castings are just a few examples of the in-house production capabilities we offer.
Our expertise covers the entire production chain; in our in-house toolmaking department, we not only manufacture precision production moulds, but also jigs and fixtures for quality control during series production. The quality of the end product starts with the right foundation.
Our factories are equipped with state-of-the-art, high-precision 3D measuring machines and a 3D scanner, enabling us to measure even the most complex components across their entire geometry with accuracy down to the thousandth of a millimetre.
